Cooking Method
- Preparation - Take an appropriate amount of pancakes and thaw them at room temperature (thaw at least 4-6 hours if you take them out of the refrigerator, and at least 12 hours if you take them out of the freezer).
- Loosening: Before heating, please fold and toss together with the packaging bag repeatedly until each wafer can be easily separated.
- Heating -

- Warm pancakes should be kept in a covered container to maintain temperature and humidity. Once the crepes are aged and dry, please heat them in a steamer to restore their original texture.
